Standard web page template from $179
Standard layout includes fixed-width page, header, footer, image optimization, one single-level css menu, 1 or 2 column layout with customized css style definitions: h1, h2, h3, p, ul, ol, a. More complex layouts will be quoted according to the requirements.
Secondary page template from $79*
Where secondary page has similar structure and styling as primary page (note: if all pages of your site have the same structure - e.g. header, menu - you only need to order 1 template which you can then use to build all of your pages).
Drop-down menu from $49*
Includes css styling and required Javascript for a two-tiered menu (i.e. main menu with one level of drop-down).
Form from $99*
Standard contact form including Name, Phone Number, Email Address and Message, email form content to site owner, thank you page.
More complex forms will be quoted according to the requirements. Note that the web server that you will be hosting the site on must be able to run PHP scripts in order to be able to process the form.
Image Gallery/Slide Show from $99*
Add a dynamic element to your web site with a slide show or image gallery. Slide shows can be used effectively in the header of a web site or in the body of a page to add visual interest. Image galleries can be used to display such things as a portfolio, real estate listings, product line, etc. Based on setup and up to 10 images. Examples: slide show in header; slide show in page body; image gallery.
Print Page from $49*
Sometimes clients want people to be able to print out the pages of their web site. This can be accomplished by producing a separate print style sheet that "hides" certain areas of the page from the printer (e.g. header and menus) and resizes the body area to print nicely on a regular letter size page. More complex print pages are possible and will be quoted based on requirements.
Complete web site from $199*
The standard template order provides you with a template that you can load into DreamWeaver and use to create all of your pages and add the content. If you are not at all familiar with DreamWeaver or web site structures (or just too busy), we can also build the site for you. Your delivered package will contain all the pages of the site, complete with content. We can also upload the site to the web server instead of delivering by email, upon request. Based on "standard" site layout with up to 5 pages.
Wordpress integration from $179*
Integrate your design with the Wordpress CMS/blog software package. Based on the default Wordpress installation. Your final product will be delivered as a Wordpress template, ready to be uploaded to your web server. Does not include installation of Wordpress software. Additional customization of the template to work with Wordpress plugins or widgets is available, and will be quoted according to the requirements.
Open Realty integration from $299*
Integrate your layout with the Open Realty software package for real estate listings. Based on the default Open Realty installation. Your final product will be delivered as an Open Realty template, ready to be uploaded to your web server. Does not include installation of Open Realty software. Additional customization of the template is available, and will be quoted according to the requirements.
Web site hosting $125/yr.*
If your client doesn't have web hosting and wants your help in arranging it, don't worry - we've got you covered! Includes 70mb disk space, 20GB data transfer, 20 email addresses, 1 MySQL database. Also includes installation of Wordpress or Open Realty software package if integration has been ordered.
Note: regular customers have the option of being billed at an hourly rate based on actual work done, which normally works out more favorably than project billing.
