We can accept your design in almost any format. For best results and maximum flexibility, a layered Photoshop (PSD) file is preferred. Illustrator (AI) or Acrobat (PDF) files are also acceptable. For tips on how to create your file for web optimization, visit our Tips For Designers page.
Include as much detail as possible about the requirements for your project, as well as a JPEG of the layout for reference.
We will prepare an estimate based on your requirements, and send you back a cost. There is no obligation, if you choose not to go ahead with the project at this point, we will destroy all files that you have sent to us - your information will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any other parties.
We require a 50% deposit in order to start working on your project. Upon your acceptance of the estimate, we will send you an invoice payable through PayPal.
We will do our thing to create the web page(s) from your design, and upload the functioning page(s) to a private location on our servers where you will have the opportunity to test out the page(s).
We will send you an invoice for the balance. Once you are satisfied with the page(s) you can pay the invoice, and then we will send you (via email) a .zip or .sit folder containing the files. A normal web page will include the (X)HTML file, CSS style sheet, and folder including any images.
If you are creating a static web site, you can load the files into DreamWeaver and create your pages from the supplied "template" and add your content. If you have requested it, your page will be delivered as a DreamWeaver template, which makes changes down the road more simple (e.g. adding or changing menu items).
If you have ordered a CMS template, the supplied template will be ready to upload to your CMS on your web server.
After your order has been delivered to you, we will provide 7 days of technical support to make sure that everything works properly.
